The Greenlawn-Centerport Historical Association and Harborfields Library invite you to a special presentation by author, historian, and former prize-winning Newsday journalist, Bill Bleyer.

Hear about the largest battle of the American Revolution, a 1776 defeat that nearly ended the Continental Army, and the British occupation of Long Island—its hardships and status as the last British held area until 1783.
